@@@@We offer production which is reusable as resources and sale of a recycling institution through HYDROMEX RELATED TECHNOLOGIES (HYDROMEX). This technology can convert all hazardous industrial waste into non-toxicity safe products with very low cost

Recycling technology

The method to recycle a waste

One manfs dream to help the world is now a reality.

Austrian scientist and patent holder Dr. Harald Kremnitz has spent over ten years developing
and refining HYDROMEX RELATED TECHNOLOGIES, a waste solutions driven process
with resources that span the globe. He has made his mark in the most likely place
to develop waste conversion ? The Philippines.
With tremendous potential to handle any form of waste and render it harmless and
environmentally safe, Dr. Kremnitz consults many of the worldfs largest corporations on their waste
reduction and conversions. Corporations like Kodak, Toyota, Unilever and Procter and Gamble
are a few of his extremely enthusiastic clients.
From terribly dangerous nuclear waste to biological and microbial hazards, Dr. Kremnitz
and his team have been the lead group to solve problems for serious hazards in countries from Ireland
(Mad Cow Disease) to Taiwan (Refinery coal and fly ash emission control).

What is the hydromex process?

It is a simple non-burn, waste conversion technology that has the ability to transform wastes
into useful products or at the very least convert them (even THW) into neutral inert materials
that can be safely disposed of like ordinary soil anywhere. One of the technology's most significant
feature is the  remarkably low cost  of equipment and process materials used.
Hydromex stands for Hydro-metallurgical extraction. It's roots are from the mining industry
where various processes i.e., chemical, physical, mechanical, electrical etc. were used to extract metals
and other minerals from ores. Many of these processes had a common ingredient which was . water,
thus the prefix "Hydro." The extraction techniques in the mining industry unfortunately came
with toxic and hazardous wastes which did irreparable damage to the environment.

Simple, yet revolutionary industry changes

Through a new machine shredding technology for 90% accurate garbage separation,
HYDROMEX TECHNOLOGIES eliminates the need for time-consuming and costly,
manual waste separation.
The HYDROMEX TECHNOLOGIES additive chemical process to treat waste,
eliminates typical hazardous waste emissions associated with burning processes.
Alternate settings on the shredding equipment can perform pre or post waste preparations
with variable drying processes for compacting (from 5 to 1 or 13 to 1 ratios),
more efficient burning and more.
Smaller, well-contained mobile processing units are designed for on site treatment of medical
and other hazardous waste.
Company standards set for 90% below EPA standard measurements for safety make
HYDROMEX TECHNOLOGIES the only responsible solution for waste conversion.

A community partnership solution

Using chemical waste from nearby industries in combination with municipal waste,
HYDROMEX TECHNOLOGIES can produce usable building products
or organic compost to specifications.
A coordinated clean up of industrial, medical and environmental waste in landfills and waterways
can be accomplished through the use of the appropriate HYDROMEX TECHNOLOGIES processes.
Advanced building material development can be used to give jobs back to the community
and develop new city or state revenue streams with socio-economic implications.

A cleaner process will provide a better, friendlier environment for people to feel safe and secure.

---- History ----

In 1982, Dr. Harald Kremnitz, an Austrian/German scientist seriously concerned with the environment,
began research in hydrometallurgical processes with the end in view of neutralizing the toxic and
hazardous wastes being generated not only by the mining industry but other industries as well. He
discovered that by manipulating the processes through addition or subtraction of substances,
the adding or subtracting of heat, pressure and varying process times, he could create
new materials with a totally new molecular structure from the original ones. His experiments created
hundreds of recipes that would form the nucleus of the HYDROMEX RELATED TECHNOLOGIES,
a revolutionary waste management system, that would have far reaching applications in the waste
management services industry. Some processes would mix toxic wastes together
(a practice not allowed in normal THW management protocols) to come out with useful things like paint,
grease removers, or deodorizers. some formulas turn regular municipal garbage into hollow
blocks for homes or high quality compost and fertilizers for agriculture.
